Life constantly challenges us in so many different ways, and you may not always feel comfortable talking to those close to you when a situation or relationship is causing emotional distress. Talking through worries and anxieties with a counsellor in a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment can help you to feel less burdened and gain more awareness and insight into why you feel as you do. Counselling is not about giving practical advice, but helping you to find the way forward to feeling happier, more fufilled and better able to cope when things go wrong.
